Shipping policy
1. Overview
At Zi Luxury, we treat delivery as part of the brand experience. Every order is carefully packaged and dispatched with the same intention that goes into our jewellery. We currently ship across India via trusted courier partners.
2. Shipping Option & Timelines
Express Delivery (2–3 business days):
We offer express shipping on all orders. Delivery is expected within 2–3 business days from the date of dispatch, subject to your pin code's serviceability and courier partner operations.
Order Processing:
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed after 5:00 PM IST or on public holidays will be processed on the following working day.
Total estimated delivery time: 3–5 business days from order placement (processing + shipping).
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed clearly at checkout before you confirm your order. We may offer complimentary shipping on orders above a specified threshold, which will be communicated on the website at the time of purchase.
4. Serviceability
We ship to most pin codes across India. If your pin code is not serviceable, you will be notified at the checkout stage. In such cases, please contact us at support@ziluxury.com and we will do our best to arrange an alternative.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real time. You may also WhatsApp us at [WHATSAPP NUMBER] for order status updates.
6. Packaging
Every Zi Luxury order is dispatched in our signature packaging, designed to arrive as a considered object — not just a parcel. If you have opted for gifting packaging, your order will include a personal note card and elevated unboxing presentation.
7. Failed Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will make up to two (2) delivery attempts. If the delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept, the order will be returned to us. In such cases, re-shipping charges will apply.
Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are accurate at the time of placing your order. Zi Luxury cannot be held responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect address information.
8. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
COD is available for select pin codes. Please note:
- COD orders may carry a nominal convenience fee, disclosed at checkout.
- Please ensure you are available to receive and pay for your order at the time of delivery.
- If a COD order is returned due to non-payment or non-availability, re-delivery charges will apply and the COD option may be restricted on future orders.
9. Delays & Force Majeure
While we strive to meet our delivery timelines, Zi Luxury cannot be held responsible for delays caused by courier disruptions, natural events, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will communicate proactively and work to resolve the situation at the earliest.
